The C10 Summit Science and Technology Conference was hosted by Malawi, in Lilongwe from 2nd to 3rd November, 2018. It was attended by delegates from 10 African countries. Two teams were led by their Presidents whilst the others were led by Ministers. The Summit had plenary presentations and exhibitions. Chancellor College mounted several pavilions, one of which was for mHealth4Africa application.
The mHealth4Afrika demonstration stand demonstrated how data captured using medical sensors at the point of care can be transfered to the mHealth4Afrika electronic patiient record. Emphasis was put on how it can benefit health facilities where there is no labs equipped with devices for detecting non-communicable diseases.
