mHealth4Afrika was showcased within the International Cooperation section of the Exhibition in ICT 2018 in Vienna from 04 - 06 December 2018. There was quite a lot of interest, with many ICT 2018 participants visiting the stand during the event to learn more about African engagement in Horizon 2020, upcoming calls and to learn more about mHealth4Afrika activities.

mHealth4Afrika presented results to wider health informatics community during the HELINA (Health Informatics in Africa) Conference in Nairobi in December 2018. There was a lot of interest in the innovative work being undertaken by mHealth4Afrika

Dr Chipo Kanjo, Chancellor College, presented the mHealth4Afrika platform during the College of Medicine Annual Dissemination Conference in Blantyre on 23 November 2018. This facilitated wider engagement and awareness raising of mHealth4Afrika achievements to date with the medical community.

mHealth4Afrika was shared as a case study during a number of sessions during ICSD 2018: IEEE Pre-Conference Panel, Tuesday 25 September; Linking Policy, Operations and Workforce towards meeting Global Health Goals Session, Wednesday 26 September; Technology and Innovation for the SDGs Plenary Session, Thursday 27 September and the IEEE Participatory Workshop on Technology for the SDGs, Friday 28 September. This provided a good opportunity to share lessons learnt to a diverse community of stakeholders from all over the world.
